1. Login to WarriorPlus.com

2. Click on your username in the upper right hand corner of WarriorPlus.com and select “my account” from the dropdown menu.

3. On the “my account” page, click on “Merchant Accounts” underneath Vendors/Affiliates.

4. Click on the green button that says “+ New Account” and select PayPal, Stripe or Bank Account (US Only) from the dropdown menu. You will then be redirected to the appropriate page to setup your accounts and add them to WarriorPlus.

Note: Once you have merchant account(s) added, you can update the permissions for them by clicking on the

to the right of the account status information.

To DELETE an account, click on the

to the right of the account status information.

2. You are typing your username OR password incorrectly (Forgot Your Password? Click the “Forgot Password” link at bottom of the Login page)

If none of the above seems to be the issue, you can send the WarriorPlus support team a message and they’ll be happy to help you get it sorted ASAP.

If you’re active enough on the WarriorPlus platform – as a buyer, a vendor, or an affiliate – and sure enough: you’ll need to contact the WarriorPlus Support team at some point.

Maybe you don’t understand how to use the site as an affiliate…

Maybe you withdrawal from the WarriorPlus Wallet…

The reasons for contacting WarriorPlus Support are as manifold ‘as the day is long’.

If you need help with the WarriorPlus website (not for purchase support or WarriorPlus refunds), you’ll notice a red circle in the lower right corner of the pages on our support site (which you are on right now) with a smiling “talk bubble” icon…

Just click this icon to submit a support request. The WarriorPlus support team are very friendly and normally respond within a matter of hours, but it may take up to 1 business day.

If you need support for a specific product or offer you purchased, you will want to click on the “Get Support” button on the “Thank You page” for that purchase (https://www.screencast.com/t/epXvWY2pD), or directly from your Purchase History.

All support for purchases are handled by the Vendor who sold the product. WarriorPlus cannot provide support refunds for WarriorPlus purchases.

Zapier allows you to easily connect apps that you use everyday with your WarriorPlus account. You can connect to such popular services as email providers and other apps such as Trello or Dropbox and automate repetitive tasks. 

The WarriorPlus app is a triggered app so, it performs an action based on one of 3 triggers you can enable. A trigger is simply a defined action which triggers a response. A new affiliate request could trigger different function via Zapier apps for Trello or Dropbox or a combination. You might want to automate sharing information among different applications you use such as Evernote or Trello. You can see where this is going — you can chain apps together to create automated workflows.

The Zapier app setup steps are very intuitive and the platform will even detect when you’re missing a step and help you correct it. In just a few minutes you should have your app configured and enabled. 

Here are the three triggers you can use to activate Zapier apps:

New Affiliate Request

Triggers when a new affiliate request is made for an offer. 

NOTE: In order for WarriorPlus to send data to Zapier, you must select your Zapier integration in the Offer Editor. 

New Sale

Triggers when a new sale is made. 

NOTE: In order for WarriorPlus to send data to Zapier, you must select your Zapier integration in the Product Editor. See a screenshot here.

Prelaunch Lead

Triggers when a new prelaunch signup is made. 

NOTE: In order for WarriorPlus to send data to Zapier, you must select your Zapier integration in the Offer Editor. 

On the WarriorPlus site:

1) On the Service Integrations page, https://warriorplus.com/user/service/email.php, select ‘Zapier’ as a new service. 

2) Name this integration and save it. You will need the API key value shown on the account detail page later. In most cases, you will only need one integration configuration (e.g. one API key) to create multiple Zaps. 

CAUTION: If you re-authorize the credential, the API key will change and your existing Zaps will stop working. Do not re-authorize the account unless you want to invalidate all existing Zaps.

3) Connect your offer or product.

Set up all product and/or offers you want to integrate. 

On the Zapier site:

3) Three triggers are available. Select one of them (create multiple Zaps as needed). 

4) On the Choose Account page, click the ‘Connect an account’ button and enter the API key from the Service Integration page:

For example, if you want a specific button tracking code (SID) to trigger for this Zap, select a SID from the dropdown menu. 

The dropdowns are generated from your latest data. If you don’t have sales, for example, you will not see any options listed in the dropdowns when creating a Zap for a Sale trigger. If you don’t see the values you want to select in the dropdown, you can select the ‘Use a Custom Value (advanced)’ option and enter the value manually. CAUTION: If you add a filter for a product of an offer, make sure that Zapier integration is selected for those product or offer in WarriorPlus. WarriorPlus pushes data to Zapier only if the integration is configured at the product or offer level.

The WarriorPlus marketplace is where you’ll find products currently available on WarriorPlus. You can search for a specific vendor or use a number of different search filters for more specific results. You can “bookmark” a product by clicking the star icon on the right — the product will then be added to your watch list.

Other ways to view products: 

When you are on the marketplace page, you will see a menu under the main navigation menu at the top of the page. This menu you lets you optimize your search for products and vendors.

Top Sellers (here)An updated list of the top selling products.

Alerts (here)Here you can create your own alerts for products or vendors. Just click the “Add Alert” button, then select either vendor or product and the keyword you want to search for. Matching results will be displayed on this page.

Watch List (here)On this page you’ll see a list of any products that you book marked.

My Products (here)
This is a search page for your own products on WarriorPlus.

Recent Products Feed (here)
This allows you to set up an RSS feed. RSS can send you real-time updates via email or via other notification methods. It’s simple to set up and you will be among the first to know about the latest products on WarriorPlus.

My Alerts Feed (Click on “Marketplace” >> then “my alerts feed” while logged in)
This is another RSS feed featuring only those products you have on your watch list.

How do I get funds into my WarriorPlus Wallet?

FOR AFFILIATES AND JV PARTNERS

You can immediately ensure all of your commissions go direct to your wallet by making a few quick tweaks to your Merchant Account settings.

FOR VENDORS 

For “incoming” funds from sales of your products, funds go into the Wallet when another WarriorPlus user pays with funds from their Wallet.

(And coming soon for qualified vendors and products, WarriorPlus can optionally act as the “Merchant of Record” for your sales and the funds will be deposited into your Wallet.)

For “outgoing” commissions to affiliates and partners, you can set commissions you pay out to go into the Wallet in a few ways…

1) When using Stripe and/or our new PayPal Beta API (currently in limited release)

All sales made with these methods automatically deposit the commissions into the Affiliate and JV Partner wallets. Vendors immediately receive their portion of the funds direct into their PayPal or Stripe account.

2) Set Affiliates and Partners to the Wallet individually

When approving affiliates or setting up JV partner contracts, you can choose to send funds to the Wallet of those users. You can also edit these settings after the fact at anytime from the Vendor->Affiliates section of your WarriorPlus account.

As mentioned above, this is not needed for Stripe or PayPal Beta payment options, only our older “PayPal Adaptive” method where “Instant” payout is possible.

3) Set ALL Affiliate and JV Partner Commissions to use Wallet

This will be available shortly as a toggle setting in your WarriorPlus Merchant Accounts settings. More details soon.

To access your Wallet, simply go to the “My Account” page within WarriorPlus and click on “Wallet”. Who knows, you might even have something unexpected waiting for you!

It’s easy to view a list of all of your past purchases on WarriorPlus.

The “Purchase History” system was created just for this purpose. It is available to anyone with a WarriorPlus account (FREE).

The purchase history page can be found by clicking on your username in the upper right hand corner. Then click on “My Account” and then on “Purchase History“.

Simply follow the instructions on the page to verify your email address(es) you use to make purchases, and your past WarriorPlus purchases will appear.

Refunds are an unfortunate part of product creation and selling.

Ideally a product creator does not want refunds, because he or she worked incredibly hard on their product. A refund, while it’s something that happens, is not a great experience for buyer or seller. This is how you should request a refund for a product purchased through WarriorPlus, it does not involve a chargeback or dispute via Paypal, it’s much easier and simpler than that.

Important Note: Vendors/Sellers are responsible for ALL refunds. WarriorPlus is NOT the vendor. Each product is listed on WarriorPlus by individual vendors/sellers.

ALWAYS go to the original vendor first for support or refund requests, regardless of who received payment for the order (the seller/vendor or an affiliate). The original vendor can contact any of their affiliates to process refunds.

There are several ways you can contact the seller/vendor for an offer you have purchased. The preferred method is to use the “support email” address.

You can find the seller/vendor support email address in 2 places:

1) Near the bottom of the email you received from WarriorPlus after your purchase was made.  

2) On the “WarriorPlus Thank You Page”. (This is where you are redirected after purchase, and also where the link in the email takes you.) The vendor’s name will be a “drop-down” menu and when you click on it you will be able to access the Support Email or Support URL for that vendor. 

* Be sure to include 1) your item number (ie wso_a1b2c3_456789) and 2) your PayPal email address so the vendor can easily locate your purchase and provide you with the service you need the first time. You can also provide your Transaction ID (optional). 

Be sure to give adequate time for the seller/vendor to respond to your request. We recommend at least 24-48 hour, which is standard response time for online businesses.

If you have made attempts to reach the seller and you have had no response then it is time to open a support request with WarriorPlus. When opening a ticket please provide the details of the steps you have taken to contact the seller. 

If you have made sufficient attempts to contact the seller through the steps above and you have not had a response then we will send a request on your behalf. If that doesn’t work then you will need to go through PayPal as a FINAL attempt to get the support you need.

By following the steps above you will keep your WarriorPlus account in good standing…
